Dr. Barnards yoga classes will now  be held at 5:15-6:15pm             

Most Fresh Yoga Classes are  between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes in duration.  We have 4 class levels at Fresh Yoga.  Please speak to a yoga instructor to find the class level that is right for you.   If you have practiced yoga for over 1 year you may try out a level I & II from the start.  We recommend that all new students at Fresh Yoga take at least 5 yoga basic classes in conjunction with more challenging classes simply to review proper alignment.  We are a very small yoga studio unlike any other in Windsor.  You will receive individual attention at each class as our class sizes do not exceed 15 students.  Our expert teachers are highly trained and compassionate teachers and are devoted to helping you with your health concerns.  We, at Fresh,  are passionate about the profound healing  effects of a regular yoga practice.  It will change your life!  

Yoga Basics - This class breaks down the basic yoga poses to learn proper precision, alignment and safety in the poses. It is followed by a brief yoga flow class to combine the poses. The class is taught in the Iyengar yoga style. This class is excellent for brand new beginners or those wanting to review the basic yoga poses.  

 Level  I - This class is designed for students of all levels.  Please work at your own pace and the teacher will give options for beginners and intermediate students. Even advanced students can learn in a Level I class.  Try one!  

 Level  II- This class offers Vinyasa Flow to create heat, speed up metabolism, build muscle mass and create a flexible, sculpted body. Class level is moderate to challenging.

Level I & II  This class combines poses that are appropriate for both Level I and Level II students with modifications for each pose.  Please work at your own pace in this class and let the teacher know if you have any injuries at the beginning of class.  

Yoga For Meditation and Relaxation   Deep breathing and holding postures longer to create a peaceful, relaxed body and mind. Great for people who want to de-stress. Class level is gentle.

Private Yoga Classes- Private Yoga instruction is a perfect way to learn yoga or deepen your yoga practice. If you have a physical limitaiton we can work with your body to show you yoga poses with perfect precision and alignment to speed up the healing process and to avoid further injury. If you would like to learn more detail about the stress reduction benefits of yoga we will design a unique program just for your body and for our lifestyle. You can enjoy the benefits of yoga for the rest of your life!   You may choose to study with any of our Fresh Yoga Instructors or take a Master Class with the studio director, Sarah Shapiro-Barnard.
