OUR VISION

Fresh Yoga Studio aspires to teach the traditional teachings of yoga as they apply to modern day life. Ancient yoga was designed as a Science to heal the body and a Psychology to heal the mind. The yoga poses all correspond to detoxifying and strengthening specific internal organs while simultaneously strengthening the heart and lungs, stimulating the endocrine glands, and strengthening muscle and bone. When practiced regularly and with awareness the practice of yoga is miraculous in its curative powers.

Further, yoga is meant to calm the mind and to bring about inner peace. Through using meditation, yoga breathing techniques, combined with the yoga poses, the nervous system is balanced and the mind becomes clear and relaxed. You will experience a peace unlike anything you have experienced before. In these stressful times, it is wise to integrate these powerful healing techniques into our lives.

Come and experience the wonders of yoga in our safe and welcoming space.

OUR CLASSES

Our classes are a combination of vinyasa flow style yoga and Iyengar style. Our focus is on physical well being and creating an experience of peace and calm for our students.  Our class size is small so that each student gets individual attention and can work at their own pace.

We offer a variety of class levels that focus on the concerns of many of our medical patients and every day people. Please speak to one of our yoga instructors to find class level that is right for you. If you are new to yoga, we suggest taking our Yoga Basics class. Click here for more information.

Our classes are small to provide an optimal learning environment.
