Sarah takes the time to explain the medical benefits of the postures, and demonstrates the correct way of doing them to get the maximum benefit while avoiding injury. Classes are small, allowing her to monitor everyone closely, adjusting the workout to our individual limitations and needs. Moving on to Level 1 either with Sarah or Joannah, I find it quite challenging. My body feels wonderful afterwards, tells me that every muscle gets a good stretch and workout.
